Arka Motorsports successfully built and ran rally cars of the Volkswagen make with part support from Volkswagen Motorsports India since 2015 and we have dominated Indian Rallying making us the first teams to conquer the overall title in 2016 for this manufacturer.

While it was time to move on from the traditionally successful 1.6 ltr naturally aspirated Polos, in 2019 saw the introduction of the 1.2 TSI (Turbocharged Stratified Injection) cars in rallying with a close ratio transmission, We have been working closely with Volkswagen Motorsport India since then where we have forged a strong line up of VW’s  running in the Indian National Rally Championship.

In a joint effort for the 2021 season, we have collaborated in making the newly launched 1.0 TSI Polo, a competitive and a reliable winning combination. It is mated to a customised 6 speed sequential close ratio transmission with an upgraded turbo, and intercooler.
