The workshop is where the work of the entire team comes to life. It's where our race & rally cars are built, ready to be unleashed onto rally stages and circuits around the country. From planning and co-ordination to machining of parts, our workshop team is responsible for all cars. This includes vehicles for competition, development and pre-event tests, recce, as well as management of our stores.
Our attention to detail is what makes us stand out from the rest. We are hands on with racers and have built some of the most exciting cars for the National Racing Championship & Drag racing in recent years. We can build a car for whatever series you want to run, anything from a chassis to a complete turn-key car.

From a performance point of view our Dynapack chassis dynamometer can do durability testing, race track simulation and run for hours on end.

We use, MTS ROEHRIG SYD Suspension Dynamometer which are the sinusoidal damper characterization tools of choice for Automotive Racing Teams, Tier 1 Suppliers and Automotive OEMs

SUPER FLOW BENCH
SuperFlow, a simple device to measure and quantify the amount of air-flow through cylinder head runners and intake manifolds. It produces air flow test benches used for things like increasing engine performance and fuel economy.
ENGINE REBUILD
We disassemble the engine down to the bare block and rebuild it with all new components. A full rebuild includes new parts, such as gaskets, oil pumps, timing chains, gears, and belts. You’ll get re-machined valves, valve seats, and crankshafts, as well as a new air filter, fuel filter, spark plugs, water pump, and all the power of a rebuilt engine.
We have a dedicated temperature-controlled Engine room, where all the rebuilds happen with dedicated precision by our experienced staff who have more than 25 years of engine building experience.
GEAR BOX REBUILD
We have our in-house service department which is fully equipped with special tooling and machinery to perform professional gearbox rebuilds. A through gear box rebuild requires a complete dis assembly of each part, inspected one by one to determine that they are not damaged, we have wide range of experience rebuilding some of the world’s most sort after sequential, close ratio gear boxes.
We also provide our in-depth knowledge on customized gear ratios and customized limited slip differentials for various motorsport as well as customized projects.
SUSPENSION REBUILD
Arka Motorsports can provide a full suspension rebuild and overhaul service for any make or model of suspension & competition car. Our experience in motorsports as well as street comfort customization is parallel to none ! We provide customised solutions not just in rebuilding dampers but also help set them up for your comfort and use ranging from rallying, racing or even street use.
ECU & ELECTRICAL CONFIGURATION
We can create anything from a small loom to a full wiring harness for a car and this can be done to the highest standards.
